Is MLily a Good Mattress? Where to Try One in Kingman
Route 66 & MLily
Route 66 Sleep & Home Center is the only authorized MLily USA dealer in the Kingman area (confirmed by MLily USA, June 5, 2026).
The Short Answer
MLily is a global mattress manufacturer with US production facilities in South Carolina and Arizona. Their hybrid line is endorsed by the International Chiropractors Association and CertiPUR-US certified. The same MLily mattresses sold on Amazon, at Costco, and in specialty stores across the country are available at Route 66 Sleep & Home Center in Kingman — factory-direct, without the retail markup.
The MLily Story
MLily USA is part of a global mattress manufacturer selling in 110 countries through more than 10,000 retail locations. Their US operations include manufacturing in South Carolina and Arizona — meaning many models are Arizona-made. The company’s partnership with the International Chiropractors Association informed the design of their ChiroPro Tri-Zoned Hybrid line specifically, and CertiPUR-US certification applies to the foam used across the current lineup.
ICA Endorsement — What It Means
The International Chiropractors Association endorses the ChiroPro Tri-Zoned Hybrid line specifically. The endorsement reflects the tri-zone spring system and neutral-spine focus of that model. It’s not a blanket endorsement of every MLily mattress; it’s specific to ChiroPro. Different models in the lineup are designed for different goals (cooling, foam feel, luxury) and are not ICA-endorsed.
CertiPUR-US — What It Actually Covers
CertiPUR-US certifies foam against specific criteria: low VOC emissions, absence of certain flame retardants (PBDEs), heavy metal limits, and other measurable standards. It applies to the foam layers, not the whole mattress assembly. It’s a meaningful third-party certification — but it’s not a health claim. For the full standard, see CertiPUR-US.org.

Why Sleeping Cooler Means Sleeping Better
Your core body temperature has to drop 1–2°F to fall asleep and stay in deep, restorative sleep. A bed that traps heat fights that drop all night — night sweats, tossing, and 3 a.m. wake-ups. In Kingman summers that’s not a luxury problem. Here’s how MLily engineers cooling into the bed itself, in plain English.
Phase Change Material (PCM)
The cover threads on the WellFlex ICE and Midnight ICE are coated with ActiveTemp™ PCM — a material that absorbs and stores excess body heat while you’re warm, then releases it back as you cool. It regulates in both directions instead of just feeling cold for the first minute.
Copper-Infused Memory Foam
The Midnight ICE’s AeroFusion® memory foam is infused with copper, one of the most heat-conductive materials there is. Instead of warmth pooling where your body meets the foam, it spreads out and dissipates — the contouring feel without the heat build-up.
Ventilated, Breathable Foam
Dense foam with nowhere for air to go is why old memory foam slept hot. MLily’s foams are ventilated by design — the WellFlex line’s BioBreeze™ layers let air move through the bed rather than sit trapped inside it.
Cooling Knit Covers
The cool-to-the-touch covers aren’t a gimmick layer — the knit itself is engineered to pull heat away from skin on contact. It’s the first thing you notice lying down in the showroom, and it keeps working under your sheets at home.
Moisture Wicking
Heat is only half of hot sleep — humidity is the other half. Moisture-wicking covers and breathable fills, like the Super Cooling Duvet’s Lyocell blend, move dampness away from you so you stay dry instead of clammy.
Cooling Head to Toe
Your head and neck shed a large share of your body heat, so a hot pillow can undo a cool mattress. That’s why the PowerCool and Harmony Cool pillows, Sierra Topper, and Super Cooling protector and duvet on our Accessories floor exist — every layer of the bed can run cooler.
The fastest way to know if cooling tech is real is to lie on it. Every cooling model above is on the floor — book a private visit and feel the difference, or read which mattress works best for Arizona hot sleepers.
MLily-Compatible Adjustable Bases
Powered head-and-foot adjustment for every MLily mattress. MSRP from $999 Text or call Rick for your exact price before you visit.
What They Do
A motorized foundation that raises the head, the feet, or both. Common uses:
- Elevate the head to reduce snoring or reflux
- Elevate the feet to reduce swelling or improve circulation
- Zero-gravity preset — a slight recline that shifts weight off the lower back
- Sit up in bed to read or watch TV without stacking pillows
Split-King for Couples
Two twin-XL bases side-by-side under a king-size split mattress. Each side adjusts independently — head-up for the snoring partner, flat for the other, or one reading while the other sleeps. If you and your partner sleep differently, this is the setup that ends the compromise.
Remote Features
- Head and foot independent control
- Pre-set positions (flat, zero-gravity, anti-snore, lounge)
- Two memory positions (M1, M2)
- Whole-body massage (mid-tier and above)
- Under-bed light (mid-tier and above)
- USB charging (higher-tier)
Weight, Warranty, and Setup
- Weight capacity: 650–850 lbs depending on model
- Warranty: 10 years frame + 2 years electronics/motors (standard MLily)
- Setup: no tools needed on most models — snaps together in under 15 minutes
- Delivery: free with mattress purchase within 20 miles of Kingman — ask about haul-away options for the old mattress
