Information We Collect
Route 66 Sleep & Home Center collects information you voluntarily provide, including:
Contact form: your name, mobile number, email address (optional) and message content.
Appointment booking: your name, mobile number, email address (optional), the appointment date and time, mattress size if you tell us, and — if you check the consent box — a record that you consented to text messages, with the date and time you gave it.
Post-booking preparation notes: anything you optionally tell us about what matters most for your visit.
Price requests: your mobile number and the mattress size you asked about.
Back-pain quiz: your quiz answers, name, email address, and phone number if you choose to provide it.
Beyond this, we do not collect information automatically other than standard server logs maintained by our hosting provider and the analytics described below.
How We Use Your Information
Information submitted through our contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and provide the services you requested. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Text Messages (SMS)
If you check the consent box on our appointment booking form or contact form, you agree to receive text messages from Route 66 Sleep & Home Center at the mobile number you provide. From the booking form these are appointment confirmations and reminders — typically about three messages per appointment. From the contact form they are replies to the question you asked us. We do not send marketing or promotional texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP for assistance or call or text us at (928) 530-1715.
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the appointment messages you asked for, and is shared only with the messaging provider that delivers them on our behalf.
