What Do You Want to Know About Route 66 Sleep & Home Center?

Location & Access

Where is Route 66 Sleep & Home Center located in Kingman?

We’re located at 4030 Stockton Hill Rd, Unit 6, Kingman, AZ 86409. We’re on Stockton Hill Road — the same road as other mattress stores, just with significantly lower prices. Because we operate by appointment only, please call or text before visiting to confirm availability: (928) 530-1715.

Why is Route 66 Sleep & Home Center appointment-only?

The appointment-only model is the entire reason our prices are lower. Traditional mattress showrooms pay for large retail spaces, commissioned salespeople, and constant foot traffic. We don’t. By reducing that overhead, we can price our mattresses at warehouse-direct levels and give every customer our full, undivided attention — not a sales pitch.

Visits & Delivery

How long does a visit to Route 66 Sleep & Home Center take?

A typical visit takes about 30 to 45 minutes. You’ll meet Rick one-on-one and try every bed at your own pace.

Do I have to buy something to visit?

No. Browsing without buying is welcome. There’s no pressure and no commissioned salesperson — just Rick, the owner, and the beds.

Can I visit the same day?

Same-day visits are often available. If the online calendar shows an opening at least 2 hours from now, you can book it there. If it shows tomorrow, text or call Rick and he’ll see what he can do.

Do you ship mattresses outside Kingman?

Yes. Special orders ship factory-direct anywhere in the continental US, freight free. Locally, the Route 66 truck delivers same-day within 20 miles,* or you can take a mattress home from local stock when it’s in stock. Text or call Rick and he’ll confirm what applies to your order.

Products & Brands

What mattress brands does Route 66 Sleep & Home Center carry?

We carry MLily USA exclusively. We chose MLily because they manufacture in the United States (Arizona and South Carolina), their foams are CertiPUR-US certified, their fabrics are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, and they’re endorsed by the International Chiropractors Association. They’re the same brand sold on Amazon and in major retail chains — we sell them for less because we have low showroom overhead.

Is MLily a good mattress brand?

Yes. MLily is a global brand sold in 110 countries through over 10,000 retail locations. They manufacture in the United States and hold CertiPUR-US certification — meaning the foam meets standards for low VOC emissions, no PBDE flame retardants, and limits on heavy metals like lead and mercury — and ICA endorsement for spinal alignment support. They offer a range from firm to plush in memory foam, hybrid, and cooling gel designs. Like any mattress brand, the right model depends on your sleep style — which is exactly what a personal appointment helps determine.

What sizes and types of mattresses are available?

We carry mattresses in Twin, Full, Queen, and King, in memory foam, hybrid, and cooling designs. There is also a closeout on MLily Essential memory foam — see the closeout. Remote-controlled adjustable bases are a separate product and start at $599.99. We also carry mattress toppers, cooling pillows, mattress protectors, and standard bed frames. Named MLily models — ChiroPro Tri-Zoned Hybrid, WellFlex, Midnight, and their ICE variants — are advertised at MSRP; text Rick for your factory-direct price on any specific model, or see how pricing works. Pricing & Value

How do Route 66’s prices compare to other mattress stores or buying online?

Different economics. A big-box retailer runs a 60–80-hour-a-week showroom with commissioned staff and national advertising, and every dollar of that overhead ends up in the price tag. Online retailers eliminate the physical store but still carry warehousing, shipping, and marketing costs. Route 66 runs a private warehouse by appointment — no showroom lease, no commissioned staff, no corporate markup. Same brand nationwide, priced factory-direct here. Text Rick with the specific model and size you’re looking at for your factory-direct price. Full comparison on the Compare page.

Does Route 66 Sleep & Home Center offer financing?

Yes. Flexible financing is available with low monthly payment options for every budget. Financing details — terms, providers, and current promotional rates — are discussed at your appointment. Ask about financing when you book and we’ll have the information ready for you.

Delivery & Pickup

Does Route 66 Sleep & Home Center deliver mattresses?

Yes. Free same-day delivery is available within 20 miles of Kingman, AZ* — that covers Kingman and nearby areas like Golden Valley. Delivery to farther Mohave County communities (Bullhead City, Fort Mohave, Lake Havasu City, Meadview, and others) may be available by schedule and quote — ask Rick when you book. Delivery details and any fees are confirmed at your appointment. You can also pick up in-store at no charge.

Booking & Process

How do I book an appointment at Route 66 Sleep & Home Center?

Pick a time in the online calendar, or call or text Rick at (928) 530-1715. You can also email moc.liamg@retnecpeels66etuor">us. Online appointments are Tuesday through Saturday and typically run 30–45 minutes. Rick’s schedule varies, so if you need another day or time, text or call and he’ll see what he can do. He is generally closed on Sundays. There’s no deposit required and no obligation to purchase. Just come at your booked time, try the mattresses, ask your questions, and decide when you’re ready.

What is the difference between buying factory-direct versus a retail mattress store?

A retail mattress store pays for its building, its staff, its advertising, and often a national franchise fee. Every dollar of that overhead ends up in the price tag on the mattress. Factory-direct means the product goes from the manufacturer to you with none of that markup in between. We carry the same brand-name MLily mattresses you’d find at larger retailers — just without the markup. The only trade-off is that you book ahead instead of walking in. For most customers, that’s a very easy trade to make.
