Text Message (SMS) Program
Program description. If you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on our appointment booking form or contact form, Route 66 Sleep & Home Center may send you text messages about your appointment or your inquiry — confirmations, reminders, and replies to questions you have asked us.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies. A typical appointment generates about three messages: a confirmation, a reminder the day before, and a reminder a few hours ahead.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Route 66 Sleep & Home Center does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Consent is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase and is not required to book an appointment or contact us. The consent box is never pre-checked.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or call or text us at (928) 530-1715.
Privacy. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
