Returns
MLily mattresses carry the manufacturer’s comfort exchange policy per model. Because a mattress is a personal-use item, once opened it cannot simply be “returned to stock.” If a mattress doesn’t work for you, we work with MLily on a comfort exchange or a factory-authorized replacement. Rick walks you through the specifics for the model you’re considering before you buy.
Warranty
Every MLily mattress carries the standard MLily manufacturer warranty (10-year limited warranty on most current models). The sleep-to-stand bed we stock carries a 6-year total warranty (1-year manufacturer + 5-year extended included). Adjustable bases carry the manufacturer’s motor and frame warranty per model. Registration is completed at the point of sale; Rick handles the paperwork and gives you a copy for your records.
Delivery
Same-day delivery within 20 miles of Kingman,* no delivery fee. Beyond 20 miles we generally don’t deliver — customers come to the warehouse for the private appointment and factory-direct price. Any MLily special-order mattress ships FREE anywhere in the continental US. See Delivery & Freight.
Setup
Free setup on adjustable bases and sleep-to-stand beds delivered within 20 miles. On delivery, the base is assembled, the remote synced, and you’re shown how to program memory positions before the Route 66 truck leaves. Ask about mattress setup availability when you schedule your delivery.
Haul-Away Options
For old-mattress pickup, Route 66 works alongside St. Vincent de Paul Society (218 E Beale St, Kingman, AZ 86401 — (928) 753-4399), which picks up usable, unstained mattresses at no charge. Financing
Three separate paths: Acima lease-to-own (no established credit history required, up to $5,000, approval in minutes); Snap pay-over-time options (for qualified buyers, products vary); layaway (no application, pay it down at your pace). Special Orders
Any MLily model that’s not on the floor can be special-ordered directly from the factory. Free continental US shipping. Delivery to your Kingman-area home included within 20 miles. Special orders are non-cancelable once submitted to the factory; Rick confirms with you before submitting.
Floor Models
Route 66 keeps a wall of MLily models on the floor, plus beds from other manufacturers and accessories. What’s on the floor rotates as stock moves — a busy week can mean more beds but fewer distinct models.
